Managing your account and profile

Your Hostbox account is where you manage your personal details and keep access to your services secure. From your account settings you can update your profile, change your password, get help, and, if you ever need to, close your account.

Signing in

Start by signing in to your Hostbox dashboard with your email and password. From there you can reach your orders, invoices, and account settings all in one place.

Updating your profile and email

Open your account settings to update your details, such as your name or the email address linked to your account. Keeping your email current matters, because that's where important messages like payment instructions and renewal reminders are sent.

Sign in and go to your account settings from the dashboard.

Edit your details

Update your name or email address and save your changes.

Confirm it's correct

Double-check your email so you keep receiving billing notices.

Changing your password and staying secure

You can change your password at any time in your account settings. Choose a strong, unique password that you don't reuse anywhere else.

Never share your password, and use a password you haven't used on other sites. A unique password is one of the best protections for your hosting and domains.

Deleting your account

If you decide to leave, you can delete your Hostbox account. Keep in mind this is permanent and affects access to your services, so review any active hosting or domains first.
